Alfonso de Angoitia Noriega currently serves as our Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer of TelevisaUnivision Mexico. Mr. de Angoitia also serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Grupo Televisa. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. de Angoitia served as the Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Televisa. Prior to joining Grupo Televisa, Mr. de Angoitia was a founding partner of the law firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C. Mr. de Angoitia serves on the boards of Liberty Latin America Ltd., Grupo Televisa, Empresas Cablevision, S.A.B. de C.V. (a subsidiary of Grupo Televisa) and Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V.

Wade Davis currently serves as our Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Davis also serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ForgeLight, LLC, an operating and investment company focused on the media and consumer technology sectors, since December 2019. Mr. Davis previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of TelevisaUnivision from January 2021 to September 2024. Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Inc., a multinational mass media conglomerate with interests primarily in film and television, from November 2012 to December 2019. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Viacom, including Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development from August 2009 to November 2012, Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Planning from January 2007 to August 2009 and Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2006 to January 2007. Prior to joining Viacom, Mr. Davis was an investment banker in the technology and media sectors for more than a decade.

Bernardo Gomez Martinez currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of TelevisaUnivision Mexico. Mr. Gomez also serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Grupo Televisa. He also serves as a member of the Board of Empresas Cablevisión S.A.B. de C.V., as well as member of the Board of Managers of Innova S de R.L. de C.V., both subsidiaries of Grupo Televisa. Mr. Gomez is the former Executive Vice President and Deputy Director of the President of Grupo Televisa and is the former President of Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Radio y Televisión.

Maria Cristina (MC) González Noguera has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer of Popular, Inc., a financial services institution, since April 2021. Prior to joining Popular, Ms. González was the Senior Vice President of Global Public Affairs of The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. from July 2016 to March 2021. From July 2013 to May 2015, Ms. González was the Director of Communications to First Lady Michelle Obama and Special Assistant to President Barack Obama. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Unidos US, the largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, since fall 2016.

Oscar Munoz is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of United Airlines Holdings, Inc., an aviation company. He previously served as its Executive Chair from May 2020 to May 2021, its Chief Executive Officer from September 2015 to May 2020 and President from September 2015 to August 2016. Prior to United, Mr. Munoz served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of CSX Corporation, a railroad and intermodal transportation services company, from February 2015 to September 2015, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CSX from 2012 to 2015, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CSX from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Munoz currently serves on the Boards of Directors of CBRE Group, Inc., Salesforce, Inc. and Archer Aviation Inc. He is a trustee of the University of Southern California and the Brookings Institution, as well as an independent trustee for Fidelity, and he serves on the Pentagon’s Defense Business Board.

Gisel Ruiz most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Sam’s Club division of Walmart, a national chain of membership-only retail warehouse clubs, from February 2017 to June 2019. From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Ruiz was the Executive Vice President of International People for Walmart International. From 2012 until 2015, Ms. Ruiz served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Walmart US. Ms. Ruiz served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Walmart US from 2010 until 2012. Ms. Ruiz serves on the Boards of Directors of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., a chain of restaurant and gift stores (since September 2020), Vital Farms, Inc., a Certified B Corporation that offers a range of ethically produced pasture-raised foods nationwide (since May 2020), and Ulta Beauty, Inc., the largest beauty retailer in the United States (since February 2022).

Enrique F. Senior has been a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC and its predecessor, Allen & Company Inc., since 1975. His professional experience has been in M&A and Corporate Finance, primarily in the Media and Beverage industries. Over the years he has served as an investment banker to several corporations in those industries including Columbia Pictures, NBC, Capital Cities/ABC, USA Networks, Comcast, The Coca-Cola Company and others. Mr. Senior has also served on the Board of Directors of several public corporations. At present he also serves as a director of Grupo Televisa SAB de CV, Cinemark Corporation, FEMSA SAB de CV and Coca-Cola FEMSA SAB de CV. Mr. Senior received a bachelors degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jeff Sine is the co-founder and Partner of The Raine Group, a global merchant bank focused on technology, media, and communications. Prior to founding Raine, he served as Vice Chairman and Global Head of Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank, was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and was an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London. Jeff currently serves on the boards of many Raine portfolio companies and subsidiaries. He also serves on the boards of National Public Radio (NPR) (Chair), ITHAKA, Educational Testing Service (ETS) (Chair), American University and The Manhattan Theatre Club.

Eric Zinterhofer is a Founding Partner of Searchlight, and is jointly responsible for overseeing the Firm’s activities with the two other Founding Partners. Mr. Zinterhofer is a member of the boards of Care Advantage, Hemisphere Media Group, Liberty Latin America and Ziply Fiber. In addition, Mr. Zinterhofer currently serves as Lead Independent Director on the board of Charter Communications. Prior to co-founding Searchlight, Mr. Zinterhofer was a senior partner at Apollo Management in New York. Mr. Zinterhofer received a BA in both honors economics and European history, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
