Change in Chief Financial Officer

Andy Hobson resigned effective February 13, 2015 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Univision Communications Inc. (the “Company”). The Company will conduct a comprehensive search for a new chief financial officer. Peter H. Lori, 49, Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at the Company, a position he has held since January 2010, will serve as interim chief financial officer effective as of February 13, 2015. Hobson will assist the Company during the transition. Lori joined the Company in 2005 and served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2005 to 2009. Prior to this he served as an audit partner at KPMG LLP from 2002 to 2005. Lori began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1987 where he worked for 15 years and became an audit partner there in 1999. He was responsible for the delivery of audit and advisory services to both medium sized companies and large multinational clients in a wide variety of industries.
