Univision Communications Inc. Announces The Expiration Of Its Tender Offer For Any And All Of Its 7.875% Senior Notes Due 2020

New York, NY, April 21, 2015 - Univision Communications Inc. (the “Company”), the leading media company serving Hispanic America, today announced that its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase any and all of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 7.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2020 (the “Notes”) expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, April 20, 2015 (the “Expiration Time”). As of the Expiration Time, $711,679,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes (approximately 94.89%) were validly tendered, which excludes $817,000 aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes that remain subject to guaranteed delivery procedures.

Pursuant to the terms of the tender offer, Notes not tendered in the tender offer will remain outstanding. The Company will deliver a redemption notice for any and all outstanding Notes on May 21, 2015 (“the Redemption Date”) pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, as amended, and all remaining outstanding Notes will be redeemed on the Redemption Date.
